To all of you at Auto Body of Vienna

This is just a note of thanks for the job you did at fixing my Subaru Legacy. Looking at the passenger side of my car, no one would know that any repair/replacement work had been done.

A week after I picked up the car Tom Tiernan, the State Farm inspector, called and asked if he could come over and take a look at the completed job. He really does check everything. He kept pointing out to me the things that he was looking for regarding the work- and everything was perfect. So, between them and Auto Body of Vienna, my car and I really did receive the best of care.

In addition to doing a great job on my car, everyone I came in contact with- either by phone or in person was very nice.

One icey morning in December. Waking up to a migraine, the morning turned worse by seeing the whole side of my car damaged on the way to work by someone traveling too fast for the conditions.

Never having had to call a repair shop in Northern VA before, I called my car dealer for a recomendation. They promptly recommended Auto Body of Vienna. Since the shop was near my office in Tysons Corner, I figured I'd listen to them and give it a shot.

Man, am I happy that I did! I was impressed with the busy shop from day one. Every single person I spoke with there treated me like they would a good friend. They completed the repairs on time and did such a fantastic job that I now feel like I'm driving a new car again. They even detailed the interior!

I'd recommend this place to anyone-- and now see how the shop accumilated so many thank you notes on their bulletin board!
